This Return & Refund Policy explains how Yiwu Digital Establishment processes returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Overview

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund based on the conditions described below.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You request a return within 7–30 days (depending on category)
  • You provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products (e.g., software keys, downloads)
  • Products marked “Final Sale”
  • Health & hygiene items (unless defective)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or not as described, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence. Eligible cases will receive:

  • A free replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Wait for approval instructions and return shipping details

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

  • Our fault (damaged / incorrect item): We pay the return shipping.
  • Customer preference (changed mind / unwanted item): Customer pays return shipping.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected. Refund methods include:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Bank transfer (when applicable)

Processing times: 3–10 business days depending on payment provider.

8. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for size issues, defective products, or incorrect shipments, subject to stock availability.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Once shipped, returns must follow the standard return process.

10. Category-Based Exceptions (Kitchen Appliances)

  • Kitchen Appliances: Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

    For used or opened kitchen appliances, returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not functioning as described.

    Appliances with physical damage caused after delivery, improper installation, or misuse are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Large Kitchen Appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, etc.): Must be inspected at delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 24–48 hours with photo/video proof.
  • Small Kitchen Appliances (blenders, mixers, kettles, etc.): Returns allowed within the return window if unused or defective. Burnt smell, motor overload, or improper handling are not covered.
  • Warranty Claims: After the return window closes, issues are handled under manufacturer warranty (if available).
